(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – A five month investigation that began in Sparks Nevada, involving law enforcement agencies there as well as in Idaho, the FBI, Yuba City Police Department, and ultimately, the Canadian Internet Child Exploitation Unit, has resulted in the arrests of 30-year-old Brian Davis of Yuba City and a 35-year-old Canadian woman.
It began last September when an adult woman in Idaho contacted law enforcement after a man she had been communicating with on Snapchat, claiming to be living in Sparks, sent her videos of him sexually molesting a child. That led to the arrest of Davis in Yuba City on numerous counts of possession, distribution and production of child pornography.
The 35-year-old woman in Canada was one of those he was sharing with online, through the social media site “Kik” and she was also arrested in similar charges.
I was married to this man. I have children by this man. He was also doing shady stuff up here in Spokane Washington. Pretty sure his electronic evidence is still sitting in the police department. I’m so glad he is where he belongs and can’t hurt anymore babies.
