(Oroville, CA) – The Butte County Sheriff’s office has issued a reminder that a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the murderer of 20-year-old Tyler Dickson of San Pablo at the Bidwell Canyon Campground in Oroville on July 3rd, two years ago, is still being offered.

Dickson was shot while sleeping in a tent.

An update from the Butte County Sheriff says they now believe the murderer was part of a large group camping with Dickson, all from out of the area, “but have thus far been less than cooperative.”
