(South Lake Tahoe, CA) — The four people found dead of a suspected fentanyl overdose at a home in South Lake Tahoe have been identified by authorities. They were a 32-year-old man, a 33-year-old woman, a 35-year-old man and a 37-year-old man. Three of the people found dead on Monday morning were from South Lake Tahoe, while a fourth was from Douglas County, Nevada.
Officials say preliminary test results indicate a substance found at the scene is fentanyl. But, autopsies and toxicology reports are pending. Police say the people at the home, including two other people who are still alive, were all friends.
