(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Sheriff’s office reports a year long investigation led by their detective’s unit has halted a major Northern California drug-trafficking ring, which resulted in 750 pounds of crystal meth, 10 pounds of heroin, 5 pounds of cocaine, 3500 counterfeit Oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl, 22 firearms and the discovery and dismantling of an active meth lab, “which contained approximately 1500 pounds of crystal meth in various stages of production.”
Thirteen arrests were made after twelve federal search warrants were issued in Yuba, Yolo & Sacramento Counties. Those arrested include 65-year-old Harold Kemper and 66-year-old Micky Jeffrey, both of Olivehurst.
