(Yuba-Sutter, CA) – The Yuba County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of 19-year-old Gabriel Angel Aguayo on a charge of murder in the shooting death of a 13-year-old boy.

Deputies responded to a report of a shooting at around 11:30 last Thursday night in the area around Shasta Glen Apartments in the 6000 block of Gossett Way. Despite life-saving measures by emergency personnel on the scene, the boy died.

Two other juveniles were arrested with Aguayo for probation violation.

No motive has been determined at the time the press release was issued.
