Yuba College Ends Proof of Vaccination Requirement

(Yuba-Sutter, CA) РThe Yuba Community College District yesterday issued a release announcing they will no longer require proof of COVID-19 vaccination for students and employees on its campus, and will no longer require they complete daily health questionnaires  or take a PCR test to be physically present on campus.

The new YCCD policy is effective immediately. However, they still encourage students, faculty and staff to be fully vaccinated & boosted, to test regularly “and strongly recommend that they mask indoors.”

Additionally, rapid antigen tests will still be available, free of cost, at all YCCD campuses and the district office, for students, staff and faculty, and that students and employees are still required to contact their instructor or supervisor if experiencing symptoms or test positive.
