YUBA CITY & MARYSVILLE TO BEGIN SHUTTING DOWN NON-ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES

Marysville Police and the Yuba City Police Department will begin notifying all businesses considered ‘non-essential’ that they need to be in compliance with the governor’s Stay at Home Order to help stop the spread of coronavirus. According to a press release, flyers will be distributed by officers to any bars, nail salons, barbershops & hairdressers, dine-in portions of restaurants, vape shops, gyms and entertainment venues that remain open. The release also notes, “most businesses in Yuba City have complied and we thank those doing their part to minimize the risk of coronavirus spreading.”
