A 13-year-old Boy Scout is using his ingenuity to help make a difference in his community. Kaial Hajik wanted to do something to help stop drownings near his hometown of Panama City Beach, Florida. He built a prototype of a device he calls the LifeBoKx that contains life-saving equipment that could be installed along the beach.
