UNDERAGE DUI CRASH LEADS TO MARYSVILLE LIQUOR LICENSE REVOKED

An underage DUI crash last September has resulted with the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control revoking the liquor license of a Marysville store. The minors involved in that accident – resulting in a major injury – told CHP investigators they purchased the alcohol at Super Star Market on East 12th Street.

ABC agents posted notice of the indefinite suspension yesterday and say the market’s violations, in addition to “multiple sales of alcohol to minor,” included sales of illegal drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property.
