SAC COUNTY SHERIFF SAYS SOME LOCAL DEPUTIES ATTENDED WASHINGTON D.C. TRUMP RALLY

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is looking into whether their deputies engaged in violence during last week’s Trump rally in Washington, D.C.  Sheriff Scott Jones confirms some local deputies attended the event.  In an interview about security measures, Sheriff Jones mentioned that the department is looking into the deputies’ social media to ensure they didn’t act improperly at the rally. 

So far, Jones says they haven’t found any information that officers were involved in anything other than them being present at the rally.
