VOTERS UNDECIDED ON PROP 22 AS ELECTION NEARS

It appears many Californians are not sure how they are going to vote on Proposition 22, which would allow rideshare drivers and other gig-workers to remain independent contractors.

A new UC Berkeley poll of 59-hundred likely voters found that 25-percent remain undecided on Prop 22. Thirty-nine-percent of respondents plan to vote yes while 36-percent said they would vote no.

Companies like Uber and Lyft have spent millions of dollars to try and get the measure passed. The election is less than six weeks away.
