(Yuba City, CA) – Underground utility and paving work begins today along Harter Parkway in Yuba City, with traffic restricted to one lane, and flaggers on site directing traffic.

A release from the City of Yuba City reports work will not begin until after 8:30, “as to not affect morning commutes.” This is part of the park project and construction will continue through this Friday.
