Free drive-thru testing for coronavirus is now available in Sacramento County. Private company Verily says it wants to rapidly expand testing in Northern California. You won’t be required to have a doctor’s note, you just have to fill out a form about symptoms online. It’s part of an initiative called Project Baseline, which is a website screening program that launched in the Bay Area a week ago. The clinical research project is being conducted in cooperation with several universities. The results are then texted to participants.
