(YUBA-SUTTER) – A man…arrested for starting seven fires in the area of Forbestown Rd., back in June, pleads no contest to arson charges.

Prosecutors say Guy Dalrymple admits to starting two of them during a state of emergency. Dalrymple could get 11 years in state prison. Sentencing is in January.
