CONSTANCE ADDISON, GUILTY

In Butte County court late this morning, Constance Addison of Yuba City was found guilty by the jury on all charges.

The 38 year old Yuba City mother was immediately taken into custody and is being held without bail. Sentencing for Addison is October 1st.

Addison is guilty of 2nd degree murder, gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, hit and run resulting in death or permanent injury and child endangerment because she had her own children in the vehicle with her at the time of the crime.

Addison was originally charged in connection with the hit and run DUI death of 13 year old Alec Flores as he walked to Franklin school in October,  2019.
