(South Yuba City, CA) – Social media reports an alleged altercation late Friday night at the AM/PM on Bogue Road in south Yuba City, and the Sutter County Sheriff’s office reports one man arrested.

The incident occurred late Friday night/early Saturday morning. Reportedly, up to 4 teenage boys entered the store, driven there by one of the moms – The clerk was allegedly disgruntled over the teens showing up, saying words to the effect that he was ‘not here to babysit a bunch of children.’

The situation escalated as heated-words were exchanged and the cashier allegedly punched one of the youths, an 18-year-old, and ultimately, reportedly pulled a gun on the teens.

Arrest records from the Sutter County Sheriff’s Office show 39-year-old Jerry Mann was arrested on charges including assault with a firearm on a person and concealed carry.

No injuries reported and at last report, Mann remains in custody at the Sutter County Jail.

  1. He acted aggressively twords me too and I’m a girl he locked the door on my cursed at me he looked like he wanted to hit me but he had locked the door with chains I tried to report him to the manager but they would hang up on me I think they wher scared of him

  2. This guy has issues and that should not be ignored he looks and acts like he would do something he should he has anger issues a real menace to society but like always ther going to let him out …..
