(Yuba City, CA) – The Sutter County Undersheriff reports a child sex and narcotics arrest at the Quick Stop on Bogue Road in Yuba City. 

According to a media release, just before 10:00 Sunday night, CHP contacted Sutter County about a “suspicious” encounter with “an older male and a female juvenile.” A deputy arrived and immediately identified the female as a juvenile from prior contacts, and recognized the man as 64-year-old David Hill of Marysville, “not a relative of the juvenile.”

Her parents were contacted and before they arrived, the girl “disclosed that Hill provided her with methamphetamine which she smoked inside his vehicle in exchange she provided sex.” She said this had been going on for two days.

Hill was arrested on multiple charges, including having sex with a minor 14 or younger and providing a minor narcotics. He was booked with bail set at $500,000.
