(El Dorado County, CA) — There are delays later today if you are driving on Highway 50 headed towards South Lake Tahoe. Caltrans said they are working at the Echo Summit area this week, starting at noon.
Crews are working on stabilizing rocks in the area because of several large boulders falling onto the highway the other week. Drivers will need to take a detour at Johnson Pass Road.
