A man is under arrest in Sacramento, accused of attacking a restaurant worker over some missing egg rolls. 

It happened Sunday afternoon at Happy Takeout Chinese Restaurant on Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard, where 42-year old Anthony Brewer allegedly insulted employees, threw food through the counter’s window, and attacked Diana Dich, whose family owns the eatery.  The man, apparently a regular, was angry about a missing order of egg rolls. 

Brewer is said to have charged Dich twice, in which he was pepper-sprayed before allegedly throwing Dich onto a customer’s car. 

Brewer was arrested on Monday on suspicion of assault, and was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail.
