The Sutter County Undersheriff reports detective’s investigations of numerous ag thefts in the Rio Oso area have led to the arrest of 30-year-old Yuba County resident Juan Carlos Sandoval-Lopez.

He was taken into custody after a search warrant was served in the 4000 block of Bear River Drive in Rio Oso. Multiple stolen items were recovered, including a quad, guns and “a large amount of marijuana” according to the press release.

Sandoval-Lopez was booked on a no-bail parole hold and has a court appearance scheduled for this afternoon.
