(Sacramento, CA) — Former Sacramento area Republican activist Jorge Riley pleaded guilty for one felony charge for his role in the January 6th riots at the U.S. Capitol. He pleaded guilty on Tuesday.

Riley was arrested for breaking into the Capitol and storming into the room where lawmakers were confirming the 2020 election results. He made over 150 social media posts about the riot, including pictures of himself inside the Capitol.
